missingWrote a review on 13 Marclean roomnice poolinconsistent hot watermissing room safedated carpet
The room was tidy and well-maintained, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. The hot water supply was inconsistent, swinging from lukewarm to scalding unexpectedly. The absence of a room safe was inconvenient, requiring frequent trips to the lobby. The carpet in the room felt dated, contributing to an overall less appealing atmosphere.

The hotel was an enjoyable base for enjoying a great area, near to a major shopping mall with bunch of food options, the beach road and restaurants and entertainment. The breakfast was great with plenty of meals. Had an excellent stay that at my vacation, would love to stay here again.

Solo traveler satisfaction
The view from my room was just amazing. I loved starting my day with coffee on the balcony! The cleaning staff were attentive, and my room was pristine every single day.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still acceptable for what you get.

accurate staff, spacious rooms and a good central location. For sure a reasonable price / quality ratio.
As well as the rooms as the central function rooms are not very nice decorated / lighted.

Neat and cheap room with the bedroom, balcony, as example, cool drinks in the on-site bar. Plenty of great food.

What makes it worth it, and what doesn't
A fantastic location near a shopping center and attentive service create a comfortable stay, upgraded with a relaxing pool and spacious rooms, making it perfect for all endeavors.
Noisy air conditioning, and breakfast could be improved to match expectations. Service felt lacking during peak hours.

Opt for a room with a pool view balcony. The tranquility adds a lovely touch to your stay.

Good location, near to the town, shops, beach. View from balcony okay, I was near top floor however. Good pool.
Rooms on my floor had joining doors, could hear almost everything next door. Poolside often too crowded.

The hotel should remove the carpets in rooms for easier cleaning!!! The fitness center looks like an afterthought and offers no real options for exercise!!! You could smell smoke in the halls, with no warning about smoking rooms!!!

Close to walking street.
The hotel looks very grand from the outside, and it probably was a nice upscale place once upon a time. The room is very large. It also is full of granite counters and a balcony with a view. However, the hotel probably decided to stop trying, catering to tourist groups. In-room amenities are minimal, probably to keep tourist groups from taking them away upon check out. The room doesn't even have a box-tissue. Nor does it have a spare toilet paper.

Good location, one block from Pattaya Beach (handy shortcut via shopping center), walking distance from Walking Street etc., large and sunny pool area.
A bit out-dated, public areas in dark and worn out mood. Some of the rooms seem to be renovated while others are not, this probable explains the varying reviews on the hotel.

My best decision yet!
An older hotel with superb maintenance and attentive staff, this hotel radiates a relaxed atmosphere. The location is unmatched. You can easily stroll to dining and shopping. Each room boasts an amazing sea view, and the well-kept swimming pool adds a lovely escape. Comfort and charm blend beautifully here!

The room was very good and I had a great view from my balcony. It was also set back from a very busy main road so there was little traffic noise.
The breakfast was very much the same with little variety.
